Advance Business Center is a modern Class A office complex located in one of Sofia’s key business areas. Together with our partner Tekra, we delivered a large addressable fire alarm system designed to support the scale, varied spaces and daily operation of the two-building development.
The installation is based on four iRIS4 fire alarm panels and includes more than 2,200 addressable detection, manual alarm, interface and indication devices.
To ensure tenant and visitor safety, we at Teletek, together with our partners from Tekra delivered a modern and reliable business fire alarm system for the site.

About Advance Business Center
Advance Business Center consists of two modern office buildings with a combined area of 32,400 m².
The complex provides flexible office spaces and also includes underground parking, reception and lobby areas, a restaurant, a cafeteria and outdoor seating. The variety of spaces and their different functions create the need for a fire alarm system that can support extensive coverage and provide precise information about events across the site.
The selected fire alarm solution
Together with Tekra, we implemented an addressable fire alarm system built around four iRIS4 control panels.
Addressable technology allows each connected detector, manual call point and module to be individually identified by the system. This helps provide more precise information about alarm and fault events, which is particularly important in a large office complex with multiple floors, shared areas and different types of premises.
The system also includes loop expanders and redundant network modules, supporting the capacity and communication requirements of the installation.
