Chief Information Officer

Emil Delinov

What does a “successful day” look like for you?

A day when the team and I have achieved the planned results, and I’ve had time not only for the important tasks but also for strategic thinking and planning.

What’s the most important thing you’ve learned as a manager?

Not to apply micromanagement. To give my colleagues the space to work independently and use their own approach in achieving our shared goals.

The biggest challenge I face is determining the importance of different cases. I overcome this by prioritizing based on the estimated impact on the entire ICT environment.

How do you recharge outside of the office?

With the help of my family and friends.
