Which of Teletek’s values do you embody the most?
Commitment — because for me, the workplace is not just a place where we earn a salary. It’s about dedication, engagement, passion, and daily work toward growth and progress.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned as a manager?
A victory that belongs to the team — especially when you haven’t taken part in the process — is far more powerful, and my pride in that achievement is tenfold. You’ve multiplied your knowledge, and now you see the results. What could be more important than that?

The biggest challenge in my role is balancing between the world and the clients, and the internal life of the company.
You need to be inspiring, smiling, positive — full of ideas and expertise — both at home and when representing the company to the outside world.
How do I overcome it? I don’t. I’ve learned to enjoy it, to find joy in it, and to challenge both myself and everyone else — in every single moment.
