What’s the most important thing you’ve learned as a manager?
It may sound like a cliché, but — people are the most important resource in any company, and also the most complex to understand and manage.
Just like in a family, people always expect attention and a kind word — and that should never be forgotten or overlooked.
The biggest challenge in my role is кeeping my energy high and smiling every day. It’s hard to set aside your personal experiences and step into the manager role with full energy.
I don’t manage to do it perfectly every day, but I never stop trying.
How do you recharge outside of the office?
I love reading, taking care of plants, and enjoying nature.Concerts and theater performances also give me a huge energy boost.And I never stop learning new things — it helps me stay sharp and in good shape.
