Wissenschaft & GeschichteNatron SD is a wireless optical smoke detector for indoor fire alarm installations using Natron WE-A oder Natron WE-C gateways. It can be used within Natron wireless and hybrid system architectures where running new detector cabling is difficult or undesirable.
Bi-directional Beacon+ communication provides a specified wireless range of up to 1,500 m in open area. The detector also provides a signal coverage test, sensitivity adjustment and 360° LED indication, supporting installation, commissioning and detector status visibility.
An integrated 80 dB buzzer provides local audible signalling when the detector enters a fire condition, while a built-in tamper switch monitors the device. Two CR123A batteries provide specified operation of up to 10 years. Natron SD is IP30 rated and certified to EN 54-7 and EN 54-25.
