Natron MD
Natron MD is a wireless combined fire detector that integrates optical smoke sensing with rate-of-rise heat detection in one device. It works with both Natron WE-A and Natron WE-C wireless gateways, making it suitable for wireless and hybrid fire alarm system architectures.
The detector uses bi-directional Beacon+ wireless communication with a specified range of up to 1,500 m in open area. A signal coverage test supports installation checks, while sensitivity adjustment and 360° LED indication provide additional commissioning and status functions.
Natron MD also includes an 80 dB internal buzzer for local alarm signalling and a built-in tamper switch. Three CR123A batteries provide specified operation of up to 10 years. The detector is IP30 rated and certified to EN 54-5, EN 54-7 and EN 54-25.
