Teletek CLOUD
Teletek Cloud is a web and mobile platform for remote monitoring and maintenance of iRIS4, iRIS8 and Simpo X addressable fire alarm systems.
Installers and maintenance teams can manage multiple locations from one account, view live loop, zone, device and input/output status, review current and historical events, and receive system notifications. Different user roles can also be assigned for each connected site.
The platform also supports maintenance planning and documentation. Users can review detector pollution levels and operating time, set maintenance reminders, activate test mode remotely, test the complete system or selected zones, and generate PDF maintenance reports. Previous reports remain available for later reference. Some advanced maintenance functions require iRIS panel firmware version 1.1.6 or later.
