What does a “successful day” look like for you?
A successful day is one in which the team and I moved together in the direction of our goals.
We became aware, we talked, and we learned the day’s lesson.
What’s the biggest challenge in your role – and how do you overcome it?
Time management — the sheer intensity of events can be overwhelming.
In my view, two things are critical for good organization: iron discipline and the ability to say “no.”

The most important thing I’ve come to understand — and learned the hard way — is that whatever can be done today shouldn’t be left for tomorrow.
You never know how today’s actions might shift the course of events tomorrow.
FAVOURITE PASS-TIME ACTIVITIES
I get energy from getting things done — doing nothing just doesn’t sit well with me. The extra boost comes from spending time with family, loved ones, or friends. And sport — it’s a major force that can impact everything in life.
