I would say Continuous Improvement. That being said, Commitment and Effort are the ones, which lead me down the path of life.
What does a "Successful day" look like for you?
Reaching the end goal, regardless of the effort I have put in towards it.
The most important thing I have learned as a manager – although it might sound cliche, is that the truth is the best policy, and that every change has to be desired, understood and necessary.
How do you recharge outside of the office?
Even though I enjoy silence, the two things that truly help me recharge are music and spending early Saturday mornings in the park. Other than that, I can say that my son's development is the inspiration of my life.
