Who is Petar?
I joined Teletek in 2024 after gaining more than seven years of experience with LEAN in various optimization projects. Specifically – within production and supply chain, mainly in the automotive industry. My main task at Teletek is to create value in our daily processes by eliminating different types of waste. This is truly critical for achieving world-class production efficiency.

In this challenging first year, we managed to lay the foundations for a long-term LEAN transformation with several successful trainings and projects. We are not just improving processes – we are shaping a culture where every idea is important, where every employee feels empowered to contribute.
I think people now have a different view on production. Together, we proved that LEAN found a good place to stay and can help shape Teletek in the best way possible!
Hobbies & Interests
I love solving puzzles with my family and playing video games – it’s definitely at the top of my list! I’m also into reading, and I’ve been a history fan for as long as I can remember, especially when it comes to World War II documentaries. The funny (and sad) part is that history keeps teaching us the same lessons, that we don’t really learn from it.
If you could save the world with one of your job-related skills, what would you do?
LEAN provides a unique perspective that significantly enhances critical thinking and problem-solving. I believe these are essential skills with limitless applications – skills that everyone should strive to develop and practice daily. Many of the world’s greatest challenges have been solved in this very way: by seeking solutions beyond conventional thinking and avoiding the repetition of past mistakes.
I am convinced that LEAN thinking challenges us to improve in everything we do, every single day. It constantly pushes us beyond our comfort zones, driving sustainable results in business. Simultaneously, it empowers people to grow, innovate, and unlock their true potential.
