Addressable Fire Alarm Protection for ACCENT Residential Complex
ACCENT is a modern high-rise residential complex in Batumi, Georgia. It is comprised of two towers of 26 and 29 floors. The development includes 594 luxury apartments, along with shops, cafés and restaurants at ground level.
Together with our partner Intelectro, we delivered an addressable fire alarm system for the high-rise residential complex. Built around Teletek iRIS8 and iRIS4 fire alarm panels, the solution brings more than 1,500 addressable detection, alarm and interface devices into one coordinated installation.

Protecting a high-rise mixed-use development
ACCENT combines hundreds of apartments with busy commercial spaces used by residents, employees and visitors. The scale, height and mixed use of the development create different fire safety requirements across the complex.
The selected solution therefore needed to support a large number of devices. Moreover, it needed to provide clear information about alarms and faults throughout the two towers and their shared commercial areas.

Why an addressable solution was the right fit
In a high-rise residential complex with 594 apartments and multiple commercial spaces, knowing only the general zone of an event may not provide enough information. An addressable solution allows each detector, manual call point and module to be identified individually, helping responsible personnel locate alarms and faults more precisely across the development.
For this project, the combination of Teletek iRIS8 and iRIS4 panels provides the control capacity required for an installation with more than 1,500 addressable devices. The wider SensoIRIS range brings automatic detection, manual activation, audible and visual notification, and interface control together within one compatible solution.
The extensive use of SensoIRIS input and input-output modules also provides flexibility for monitoring signals and controlling connected equipment according to the project’s fire safety requirements.
The project demonstrates how Teletek’s addressable fire alarm technology can support high-rise residential and mixed-use developments by combining scalable control equipment, precise device identification and a complete range of compatible field devices.
