Who is KRISTIAN?
I have been developing my career in production for the past five years. I started off as an operator, then moved into the role of shift supervisor. Finally, I switched things up a bit and became a production planner.
This brings me to just over a year ago, when I joined Teletek as a Planning Specialist. This role has given me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of products and contribute to improving the organization, optimization, and efficiency of our production processes.

I see Teletek as a great place for professional growth. Here, every day brings new challenges, new tasks, and new opportunities to improve. IF PLANNING WAS A SUPERPOWER, WHAT WOULD YOUR SUPERHERO BE CALLED AND WHAT ABILITIES WOULD HE HAVE?
I guess a fitting name would be “The Planner”.
His superpower is always knowing the most important information needed to make the right decision. He can see in real time which products will be in higher demand in the coming weeks, which materials are running low, and which deliveries are at risk of being delayed.
He also knows the production capacity of each team and can immediately assess how a change would affect the entire plan. Thanks to this, he always keeps the supply chain one step ahead.
