At the end of last year, we took a moment to celebrate something truly special. We wanted to say “thank you” to the people behind Teletek Electronics who have dedicated 5, 10, 15, 20, and even 25 years of their professional journey to growing, shaping, and strengthening our company.
These milestones represent commitment, resilience, shared challenges, and countless moments of teamwork. We are deeply grateful to every colleague who has chosen to grow with us over the years. Your knowledge, loyalty, and passion are the foundation on which Teletek continues to build its future
Among these remarkable anniversaries, one stands out as a true testament to long-term dedication – 25 years with Teletek Electronics.
25 Years with Teletek: Nikolina Stoyanova
To mark this exceptional milestone, we spoke with Nikolina Stoyanova and asked her to reflect on her journey, the people, and the moments that shaped her 25 years at Teletek Electronics.
Spending 25 years at one company means growing together through change, challenges, and shared success. Nikolina Stoyanova’s story reflects not only her personal journey, but also Teletek’s evolution from a small local manufacturer into an international technology company.
Nikolina joined Teletek at a time when continuing her professional path seemed uncertain. While she was on maternity leave, the factory where she had previously worked closed, leaving her without a place to return to. At 33, with two young children, finding stable work was a challenge. A recommendation from a family acquaintance led her to Teletek, where she initially started as a home-based worker, supporting production processes that were then still carried out manually.
Growing alongside Teletek
When Nikolina officially joined the company, Teletek had around 50 employees, with just eight people working in production. Soon after, the first SMD line was introduced, marking an important step in the company’s technological development. Production teams expanded and became more structured, and Nikolina became part of the tuning unit – a role that placed her at the heart of Teletek’s growing operations.

People, teamwork, and shared values
Over the years, Nikolina has seen Teletek products reach far beyond the company’s early markets. What brings her the greatest pride is encountering these products in real life, in different places and countries – a constant reminder that her work contributes to something meaningful.
“Almost everywhere I go, I see products manufactured by Teletek. It makes me truly proud to be part of the team.”
A defining team effort
One experience that clearly illustrates this spirit of collaboration dates back to 2004, when Teletek secured a major order for equipment for the Ministry of Interior. With a small team and limited resources, colleagues from production, logistics, technology, and development worked side by side to deliver the project successfully.
“We were few, but with good organization and shared effort, we managed to succeed.”
People, teamwork, shared values
In 2005, Nikolina took an important step in her career when Elisavet Dimitrov invited her to join the newly formed Customer Service department. She describes this moment as a turning point and speaks of Elisavet as a key mentor in her professional development.
At the same time, she emphasizes that Teletek’s strength has always gone beyond individual roles.
“Teletek has always felt like a family – we’ve grown together, supported one another, and worked as a true team.”
For Nikolina, the most valuable lesson learned over the years is simple but essential: people are the company’s greatest asset.
Looking ahead
Having witnessed Teletek’s transformation over the decades, Nikolina remains motivated by what lies ahead. While new systems and technologies continue to shape the company’s future, what matters most to her is passing on knowledge and supporting younger colleagues as they begin their own journeys.
