A PIONEER
Teletek Electronics has successfully gone live with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, marking an important milestone in the company’s digital transformation journey. With this implementation, Teletek becomes the first manufacturing company in Bulgaria to adopt a Public Cloud ERP solution and the second company in the country overall to fully integrate SAP S/4HANA.

A complex project with a clear goal
The project covered the integration of a wide range of core business processes, including sales, service, supply chain, engineering, production planning, manufacturing, quality management, warehouse operations, accounting, and controlling.
Bringing all these functions together into a single, unified system was a significant challenge. For Teletek and its implementation partner Next Consult, the key focus was not only technical integration, but also aligning processes end to end – ensuring that data flows seamlessly across departments and supports daily decision-making.
Why SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
The main reason behind the implementation of SAP was the need to make work processes more organized, transparent, and reliable. Instead of relying on multiple systems, spreadsheets, and manual reports, all departments now work with one shared source of up-to-date data.
This approach reduces errors, improves coordination between teams, and significantly accelerates decision-making. SAP provides better traceability of materials, costs, and processes, offering a real-time and accurate picture of the business at any moment.
Designed to grow alongside the organization, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud provides a scalable foundation that supports future development, expansion, and continuous improvement. The implementation is not just a technological upgrade. It is a strategic step toward more efficient, structured operations, with a strong focus on quality, clarity, and sustainable growth.
From fragmented processes to one connected flow
With SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Teletek now operates on a fully integrated, real-time platform that supports:
One connected flow from order to delivery, reducing manual handovers and duplicate data entry
Clearer and faster production planning, with better visibility into materials, capacity, and priorities
Stronger control over inventory and component availability, helping reduce shortages and excess stock
Quality management embedded directly into operational processes, improving traceability and reducing rework
Greater transparency of product and operational costs, supporting better pricing and margin decisions
Faster financial closing and improved management reporting, with fewer manual reconciliations
The cloud-based approach also ensures continuous access to the latest innovations, enhanced security standards, and a scalable foundation to support future growth.
A partnership-driven success
Teletek would like to express its sincere appreciation to Next Consult for their strong partnership, expertise, and commitment throughout the project. The successful go-live is the result of close collaboration between both teams and a shared focus on long-term value.
This milestone is another step in Teletek’s journey as an innovative manufacturing company, committed to digital excellence and continuous improvement.
