My journey at Teletek began nearly three years ago, following a decade of experience in the automation field. This background enables me to think beyond standard solutions – an essential mindset for a support team. The role goes beyond simply handling customer cases; it requires understanding the customer’s perspective and ultimately ensuring long-term satisfaction with Teletek products.

As a Product Technical Support specialist, I have the opportunity to contribute to the team’s objectives and help develop reliable solutions. I enjoy working on complex cases alongside talented colleagues who are genuinely invested in what they build. Hobbies & Interests
In my free time, I enjoy fishing and spending time at my caravan near a dam, surrounded by forested area. This environment allows me to disconnect, recharge, and maintain a healthy balance.

I would rely on it for initial diagnostics and troubleshooting, identifying known fixes and resolving recurring cases. This would free up time to focus on complex, high-impact issues – where deeper analysis adds the most value and delivers a stronger sense of accomplishment.
