Growing Through Challenge, Confidence, and Teamwork at Teletek
When Teodora joined Teletek in 2021, she was stepping into something new with a mix of excitement, nervousness, and genuine curiosity. New beginnings often come with uncertainty, but for her, they also came with a strong desire to learn, grow, and prove herself in a different environment.
How the Opportunity Found Her
Teodora’s path to Teletek came in an unexpected way. A friend sent her a screenshot of a job posting that was no longer active, something she likely would not have discovered otherwise. Instead of dismissing it, she decided to call the number and see what might happen. Looking back, she sees that moment as more than chance. “It was probably fate,” she says, reflecting on the decision that led her to the company.
Discovering Inspiration in Work
One of the first moments that made her feel she had found the right place was becoming part of the 5S project (five-step Lean manufacturing methodology aimed at reducing waste, improving workflow, and enhancing safety by organizing and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace). For her, it was not just an interesting task, but a way of thinking that immediately made sense.
As she puts it, “5S is interesting because it turns efficiency into a habit, not an effort.” That idea gave her an early sense that the work at Teletek would be both practical and meaningful, with room to contribute and grow.
The Challenge of Believing in Yourself
For Teodora, the most difficult challenge was not tied to a specific project or role. It was the challenge of overcoming her own doubts.
She admits that at times she questioned her abilities, but with the support of the people around her, that began to change. The encouragement of her team helped her become more confident, trust herself more, and move forward with a stronger sense of belief in what she could do.
That inner progress became one of the most important parts of her professional journey.
Growing Step by Step
When asked to describe her path at Teletek with a metaphor, Teodora says she would call it a climb, each stage bringing a new perspective, but also a new challenge to overcome.
Along the way, she has learned that she can adapt quickly to new processes and respond effectively when problems arise. Just as importantly, she has discovered that not everything has to be carried alone. Teamwork, support, and shared effort are a vital part of moving forward.

For Teodora, the people are what make Teletek truly special. She shares that it is the first time she has worked in a team where everyone gives their full effort each day because they genuinely believe in what they do.
That kind of environment is both motivating and inspiring. It encourages her to push herself further and to keep growing beyond what once felt comfortable.
